MNSHINE's HIE Advisory Committee advises the MNSHINE Board on how the exchange operates and grows. Members represent consumers, electronic health record vendors, behavioral health, public health, long-term care, health systems, critical access hospitals, health plans, and statewide health care associations. Its focus includes privacy and security, participant needs, interoperability, and health equity.
