Collaborative Solutions
Executive Leadership Council
Earlier this year, MNSHINE and the Minnesota EHR Consortium (MNEHRC) jointly convened the Executive Leadership Council (ELC) to explore a central question:
What would it take to build a sustainable, statewide Health Data Utility that serves the public interest while supporting providers, payers, public health, researchers, policymakers, and communities?
The Council brings together leaders from across Minnesota’s health care ecosystem to assess whether and how a Health Data Utility could address shared challenges. Its work centers on collaborative governance, trusted infrastructure, and a sustainable business model, with an open approach that allows members to evaluate options and shape a shared path forward.
