Yearly summary report that provides annual comprehensive analyses on Minnesota's performance on health care quality, disparities, and cost.

Health Care Quality Leaders Report

Yearly summary report that recognizes medical groups and clinics that have performed above expectations for each measure.

Health Care Disparities by Insurance Type

Completed in collaboration with the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS), this report provides statewide and medical group rates by quality measures among patients in Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP) compared to other forms of health care insurance (e.g., commercial, Medicare).

Infographics

As part of our initiatives to partner data with community action, MNSHINE releases infographics through the year that correspond with health awareness months. These infographics provide quick snapshots of the findings within the data to enhance understanding of health outcomes across the state. Additionally, a featured blog post is published as a companion to the infographics, providing context to the data , while also highlighting relevant resources, and boosting awareness of the work being done by health care and community organizations across the state.
